Your employer adds you

Staff accounts are created by invitation. Ask whoever administers your company's Bexware account to invite you, and you will get an email with a link that sets up your login.

We deliberately do not let anyone add themselves to a company. A seat carries access to that company's clients, certificates and documents, so it can only be granted by someone who already has one.
